Yet the surveys show that more than 90% of sales managers have not been trained in the art and science of sales management. It’s typically the top salesperson that is thrown in to manage the team, and the skillset that makes a strong salesperson are inadequate to have someone excel in the sales management role. In this course you will learn and develop the core mindset, DNA, competencies, and skillsets required to excel in the Sales Management Role. The program comprises of 6 core modules, delivered in 45 hours of live in-person and online training, over a nine-week period.

Module 4: Accountability and Pipeline Management – Having your pulse on the activities and KPIs that drive sales results.

Module 5: Motivating and Goal Setting – Develop the toolkit to touch, move and inspire your salespeople.

Module 6: Sales Planning and Recruiting – Strategizing and setting sales targets for the organization & salespeople while learning to recruit strong sales candidates.
